British Heart Foundation gave us the opportunity to have fun, get fit and raise money for their charity and we said YES.

Also known as the last day of term, Christmas Jumper Day featured the Christmas Sing, a super Christmas Buffet and some fabulous hairstyles... Thank you to everyone for joining in our fundraiser for Save the Children.

'One Snowy Night' was beautifully performed by Class 1 and Class 2 for their Christmas Performance. Tree Lighting and Christmas Market

Thanks to Foday and Christine for leading our Advent sing and Christmas Tree lights switch on. The atmosphere for our Christmas Market was beautifully Christmassy with the music of Whaley Band, too. Thank you to Jo Grace for her singing. Jo has recently become a parent governor at Buxworth.

Thank you to all the children, parents and governors who attended and helped - especially in the kitchen and clearing away at the end. Your support is invaluable. It was lovely to see so many ex-pupils - some who left recently and some longer ago - coming back not only to attend the event, but also to stay behind at the end and help to clear up. THANK YOU
