This week the Little Conkers had a super week learning about Remembrance. We watched and talked about the video in the link below to help us understand what war is like and how it might feel. The children showed a lot of empathy and emotional maturity with their comments.
Everyone painted some amazing poppies, using the different colours used to remember different groups.
In Maths we learnt about 3D shapes. We enjoyed finding them in our environment and spotting how often things in our classroom are 3D shapes. We used the shapes to make robots and to do lots of experiments. we loved working out which shapes rolled, which stacked and which slid.
