The children had a wonderful week learning all about The Arctic. We learnt wher itr was, what life is like there and how people adapt and then we found out about the different animals that live there. We did lots of challenges making animals, labelling things, completing Arctic animals block graphs and more.
in Phionics we learnt the sounds ng and sh and spent time really exploring when we see and use them.
In Maths we enjoyed learning to see, show and understand more than, fewer than and equal to.
In our role play we enjoyed a warm cosy home like one we would need in the Arctic; everyone loved playing in it.
