Easy, No‑Prep Times Tables Games You Can Make and Play
-
Quick‑Fire Questions Ask someone at home to call out multiplication facts. Try to answer as fast as you can. Swap roles so you get to be the quiz master too.
-
Beat the Clock Set a timer for 30 seconds. See how many multiplication questions you can answer before the time runs out. Try to beat your score next time.
-
Finger Flash Hold up two numbers using your fingers. Multiply them together. Then let someone else flash their fingers for you to solve.
-
Around‑the‑House Tables Choose a times table (like ×4 or ×7). Every time you touch a door, chair or step, say the next multiple. See how far you can get.
-
Ping‑Pong Tables Play like a rally. Someone says a multiplication fact, you say the answer straight away. Then you give them one to answer. Keep the rally going without dropping the ball.
