We had our own 'firework' display in school when Harry Owen demonstrated some fantastic gymnastic skills and inspired all the children by doing a backflip over Mr Wellings! He shared his story and explained his training and nutritional regimes.
The children did their own sponsored event, led by Harry, with staff joining in! They performed press-ups, spotty dogs, star jumps and mountain climbers, doing each for a minute.
The whole event was fantastic and the children were enthusiastic to learn from Harry. His message was go for what you want, but be prepared to work hard to get it.
