Plan for the day

I'd like you to complete these three things: 

• Reading for at least 20 minutes. 
• Times tables practice on TT Rock Stars for at least 20 minutes (the table we are working on in class please). 
• Helping your adult with a job at home. 

Then, I'd like you to pick two or three of the following activities to do throughout the day: 

• Pick your favourite times table and practice it on 'timestables.co.uk'  
• Write a poem about the snow or winter 
• Create some winter/snow-themed art – your choice! Use whatever materials you have – pens, clay, paper, paint, junk modelling – anything! 
• Get out of the house for some fresh air. This could be standing on the doorstep, playing in the garden, going sledging, building a snowman or taking a walk – your choice – send me some photos! 
• Research an animal that lives in a cold habitat and tell me all about it. You might want to make a poster or a computer presentation about it.  
• Tell me about your day - write a diary entry explaining everything you've got up to today. 
• Create a song or wrap about snow,
