Well done on your first week back Little Conkers. 

This week we jumped straight into our topic of Transport and Journeys by talking about journeys we had been on. We used all of our senses to describe what they were like and what we saw there. Everyone enjoyed listening to each other and sharing their experiences. We used our senses to draw the experiences and then our phonics to label the things that we drew.

 

In Maths we have been using the concept of 5 and a bit more to deepen our knowledge of numbers 6,7,8 and 9. We have been subitising representations and recreating them, making our own representations using counters and then drawing them.  We have been even been writing the number sentences we have made. Well done Little conkers. 

 

We have been reading and writing consonant clusters in our phonics and practising using Bingo.
